Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone 7-Natto) – essential for the formation of osteocalcin, which when supported by vitamin K supports the binding of calcium to the bone.

Calcium – an essential mineral for bones. The body cannot produce calcium, so it must absorb it through food and/or supplements.

Vitamin D3 ‒ required by bones to absorb calcium, which is essential for good bone health and growth.
